Take a look in the mirror, what do you see? Most people see the reflection of themselves as one person but you are actually a living, walking, talking Community of Cells. Every cell in your body (all 37 Trillion of them) is carrying out their individual functions, but they are also working with every other cell in your body to produce your inner environment.
Each day we make choices that determine our overall health status. The foods we eat, the thoughts we have, the way we move (or don’t move) our bodies, all move us either towards greater health or away from it.
