Kundalini Yoga w/ Patti
Cost: $15 - $25 Love Donation
This class focuses on spiritual growth and awareness and is a meditative and gentle style of yoga. Breathwork, mantras, meditation, gentle yet challenging movements, as well as a gong meditation is incorporated in each class. Patti is a Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor.
